From an economic perspective, I'm not sure how that might influence a buyer. That is, will your maintenance repair make any difference is price? I dunno, but if I were a buyer, I would like to think that as a well maintained vehicle ,as you assert, it would be persuasive to me that I don't have to worry about that right of the line. If it remains to be done, I 'm thinking no matter what price I can negotiate, I'm still faced with about another $600 in immediate costs.
Ethically, I don't think there should be any doubt about whether you reveal this impeding maintance.
