98 S70 Keyless Remote S70 1998

Dealer has a remote signal tester. Turn tester on and push remote button, tester beeps if remote sends signal.
VGLA= Volvo Guard Lock and Alarm.
VGLA pin# available to dealer via Volvo database.
Programing requires a Volvo specific scan tool and the VGLA pin#
