Depends on your driving, i had mine replaced at 41K miles. If u are a city driver, the throttle is used more due to start and stop driving. The ETM will last longer if your driving is mostly highway.
If the replacement is the Marelli made in Italy, it will go bad at sometime in the future, if its the new Bosch, u got no problems.
