Hey Don,
This is David...we talked on the phone yesterday.
An update to this thread...anyone who knows where broken ETM's are...please send them to Don. He is trying to get Volvo to respond to their defective part. You can read all about this issue and what's going on right now at (read the whole thread):

Read especially post #105 as to how to get the part off of the ETM to send to Don. You and future '99-'01 C/S/V/XC70 as well as S80 owners will love you for it if you can help make a difference.
