I have asked BOSCH if they make a replacement for the Marelli, they say no.
Has anyone really seen one? If so I want a picture, Bosch part number and any paper included in the box.. This will make our case stronger if we know they have a replacement. The accelerator assembly by Hella.
What does the "new" Marelli look like?
Does it have a yellow label?
What is the part number?
Have you, that have had a failure, filed a complaints. Stress safety, this part should last forever if it had a non contacting potentiometer.

There are some new laws that we are studying that might help us. Also, I have tentative appointments with a U.S.Senator to have her send NHTSA a demand that they investigate the ETM. Also we have a good TV investigative team and since their have been failures on Colorado cars they are interested.
We have a writer, two attorneys and other talent on the VEXED team. VEXED = (Volvo Enthusiasts eXposing Egregious Design). If you have a talent or other "secrets" that will help our case let me know.
