Buzzing/Humming 850 1996

Thanks for the response, this sound appears to be coming from the front left side, and sounds like an electric fan humming, or something similar to that. Would that still be the tranny? It does it while the car is sitting still as well. I live in a small kansas town, so the traffic isn't bad, and the car as you said is going about 5 miles total per day.
