My '95 855T with 78k uses no oil in 5k miles (Mobil 1, 10-30) while my wife's '98 XC with 87k has always used about 1 qt in 5k, also on same Mobil 1. Anything better than 1 qt in 1100 miles is considered within factory specs by most manufacturers, even from new, and will get no warranty help.
