What else to check I need a eureka V70-XC70

Hi Steve,

Leaky radiator would/could explain the coolant consuption, as could a leaking heater core. As for the film on the rear windshield, I would lean toward a possible rear main seal causing that, or turbo oil return line. Sounds like the vehicle has been driven hard and/or not well maintained. Where in Maine are you located. I'm in the capital area.
