Motor mounts are fairly easy DIY repair if you have a 3/8 or 1/2 drive ratchet set, box end wrenches, and a good floor jack. Takes about an hour or so witht the front of the car on ramps or jack stands. The driver side mount is a little tougher to reach than the passenger side. I did both mounts on my wagon last fall at 268k.
My local volvo guy (who's good but not super cheap) charges about $100 (parts and labor)to do the two engine mounts. The tranny mount, IME, almost never goes bad- especially unlikely at your low mileage. Hell, I had the center support bearing and both motor mounts on my wife's car replaced for a grand total of $300.
