I should have mentioned that my "reface threshold" is three thou, not thirty thou. Thirty thou is the max that can be corrected through refacing. Under three thou, no reface, between three thou and thirty thou, refacing is a must. Over thirty thou, find a new head.

Hope that clarifies my comments.
