Valve Chatter, Head Swap and the Caliplary Tube 120-130

Actually, that method can introduce some inaccuracy, depending on specific cam grind, lobe wear, etc.

I did a fairly complete analysis of 4 adjustment methods on a B20 (with a "D" cam and stock valve train) a couple of years ago. The results are posted here:
