Not a problem. Get the engine warmed up in neutral. Shut it off. Place the lever in first gear, and start the engine on level ground and drive off. If you are an old time truck driver (like me) you can upshift to second. I'm assuming the release lever is working and adjusted with the hydraulics in good shape. With the clutch pedal depressed, get on and off the gas pedal fairly violently. The disc will separate from the flywheel in time, and then you can use the clutch a bit and burnish it in. Works every time for me, and there is no need to dismantle anything.
