"...After further dignosis we came to know that the Injector seems to be open all the while eventhough by right it should be close and open base on the signal from Radio Suppression Relay and ECU signal..."
The Radio Suppression Relay actually feeds a CONSTANT electrical signal to one pin on each injector. The other pin on each injector is wired to the ECU which controls the completed circuit back to ground - the duration of this completed circuit to ground varies, based upon engine demands that are determined by the reading of several sensors that measure things like engine temperature, load, RPM, etc.
So if you were to unplug the wires from an injector, you should be able to measure a steady 12v signal to one of the wire terminals. If the other wire (the one that runs to the ECU) measures constant continuity to ground, then that sounds like a problem within the ECU.
Is it just one injector staying open, or all four?
