Not sure if you are serious Trev 200 1986

I have been told my sense of humor is obtuse.

But your post, Trev, makes me think I went off the deep end this time or maybe there's a cross-border translation trouble.

...but there are cheaper alternatives to a $5.99 mini blind.

I am truly sorry if anyone thought I was suggesting they buy a mini blind to use for blocking the brake pedal. What I was saying was the $6 spent for them was a waste to begin with - in their intended duty shading a window. The UV destroys them in one summer -- at least the ones we have used. Another example of "the stingy man pays the most."

It is my habit to save stuff from the trash (too often) and the parts like what you see, and the hex rods got saved to find other duty -- in this case, a brake prop. I inked it, Trev, to distinguish it from other saved hunks of stiff white rectangular cross-section pvc tubing, once cut to the correct size.

Those of you who wish to block your brake pedals may find a snow brush does it also, or perhaps you can look for 1x1 lumber (such a thing??)

(And NO, I'm not jealous.)

Jealous of what??
