1991 240 Changed O2 still have code 212 200

Dean, where to ground the meter is always a bit troublesome. When checking at the fuse panel, I usually use the screw that mounts it for ground reference, or if that is inconvenient to how I am kneeling or squatting, the big bolt inside the door jamb (A-pillar) that secures the dash is a good ground.

Yes it is true the tank pump runs on #4 too, but don't let that throw you off. You can drive your car all over town (most of the year too) with no tank pump.
