Sorry 200

There is no "once and for all" instruction. It depends on what you want to lift, what you need to access, and what sort of surface you're parked on. Giving you any one-size-fits-all advice would be irresponsible. The folks who paid product liability insurance to do that wrote the owner's manual to indicate where an owner should attach the correct jack to change a tire, and that is where it ends.

BTW, that pic with the smushed rocker and the jackstand under the fuel tank oops floor pan is (still) scary.

King Ozymandias of Assyria was running low on cash after years of war with the Hittites. His last great possession was the Star of the Euphrates, the most valuable diamond in the ancient world. Desperate, he went to Croesus, the pawnbroker, to ask for a loan.

Croesus said, "I'll give you 100,000 dinars for it".

"But I paid a million dinars for it," the King protested. "Don't you know who I am? I am the king!"

Croesus replied, "When you wish to pawn a Star, makes no difference who you are."
