Racks yes, but he also replaced the hose(s), meaning a lot of air induced.

If he fired it up too soon (as I once did), the air got dispersed throughout the system. I finally had to vacuum bleed via reservoir cap with a fitting for MityVac vacuum pump. Related suggestion has so far been ignored.
