I've bought and sold on ebay and have been lucky (maybe because I'm careful and ask questions?) with only one so-so transaction. Since this vendor is highly regarded by members of this site I don't think I have to worry.

I think there's less to worry about when the vendor is a specialist, in this case Volvo-specific.
