Just a gut feeling but sure sounds like its a structural problem in the body of the car.

I think I would be jacking up and tweaking the strut towers and cross members under the car. Look closely through any undercoating for cracks or separated weld joints.

Has this car ever been raced or wrecked? Since, it is a turbo car, that is a world that brings up those opportunities!
