First I would put the tire on the back and put both rear wheels on jack stands. Start car put in gear and see if the tire is out of round before doing repair. If it's bent then time to find another rim.

I have done small repairs with JB Weld on rims like curb rash and ding's,and it came out nice but you need to make sure there isn't any major damage to the wheel. Since I can't see the rim you may want to try to pic up a rim at the P&P,prices are not bad.
