Get inside and have someone hose down the windshield area heavily. When I did same looking for an elusive leak, it turned out to be the crimp joint at top of firewall that's covered by the hood gasket. Sealed it with tape and reinstalled gasket. No more leak. Another common source is where wiper motor armature goes through firewall.
