Don't know about cheap, but Eric at Hi Performance Auto in Torrence would be my first call if I was broke down in SoCal. He knows old Volvos and has lots of parts on hand.

In my dealings with him the price of the parts is almost irrelevant (BTW they are are not out of line), his knowledge and advice have saved me a lot of headaches.
