One thing I’ve noticed living in a damp humid climate (Atlanta), it’s not at all uncommon to get a lot of steam and condensed moisture dripping from the exhaust pipe particularly when the engine is cold. The steam and dripping will “generally” subside once the engine and ENTIRE exhaust system gets up to operating temperature.
