This morning, I ran an errand across town, engine fully warmed. I checked the exhaust: no steam/smoke at idle or while running.

I'm hoping that there was water in the gas, which I filled up the other day?

Also, do my compression readings, lack of coolant loss, and block test definitively rule out a cracked head or blown head gasket?
