check engine light 900 1993

Thanks to all for the many suggestions.
the problem was a defective aftermarket ect sensor (Branded as VEMA).
replaced with Bosch bought from Newparts, very reasonable.
install was a breeze, just had to be careful.
Check engine light remains OFF and a much better idle, especially
at cold engine startup. Again, many thanks.
