trailing arm bushing replacement 200 1980

I have the poly rear end kit from IPD that comes with an installation DVD. The rear trailing arm bushing comes with a new sleeve. The DVD shows them removing the old bushing, sleave and all, and pressing in the poly bushing which has been pre assembled into the new sleeve. I think the majority of replacements have been done by removing the rubber material and pressing the poly bushings into the old sleeve. Anyone do the IPD method?
