B18 B or D? 444-544

First, thanks to those who responded to my first post that was great.

My question is whether I have a B18 B or D engine. When my dad bought the car in 1977 the engine had just been rebuilt, but I don't know if it is original. There are two possible "red herrings". First, the intake and exhaust manifold are one pc. The other is a tune up receipt I have from the mechanic who sold and worked on the car listing it as a "B". The Ch.# is 406625. On the engine, "4968" are raised numbers and "17 1159" are stamped numbers. Under that number is "418201". On the Head it says "418205". Does anyone know which model I have. Thank you in advance.
