Let's see...raise compression to at least 10:1 by milling the head. Install a Crane Street grind camshaft, port and polish the intake manifold and head passages, go to larger valves (especially the exhaust valves.)
Convert to total electronic Multi Spark Discharge (MSD) ignition system, Denso Iridium plugs, hotter Accel coil, dump fuel injection in favor of twin SU's - which you can set up for much better performance than the FI - add a Flex Fan for improved low speed cooling and less power drain at high speeds.
Roller rockers, if they are available, will take care of the rocker wear problems that the B-series engines are subject to.
If you do it all right, you should end up with about 160 HP.
Add the supercharger and 8 lbs boost, and you get 300 HP.
