old clutch stuck! 120-130

my old volvo here has not been ran in about 25 years. got it running, all is good there. My problem is that the clutch is not disengaging. I think that the clutch plate is rusted or otherwise stuck to the flywheel.
I know the smart thing is to drop the tranny and replace the whole thing, but I don't feel like doing that right now.

Anyone know of a way to dislodge the dang things from each other?
