Thumping driveshaft... 700 1987

87 745t M46

So, when one has new motor and trans mounts, new guibo, an intact 20K mile center support bearing, no slip in the trans output or diff input shaft, all factory alignment marks lined up, non-sagging rear suspension, new u-joints all around, have tried shimming the CSB up and down half an inch or so, and they STILL have a thumpy driveshaft on take-off that is worse when the car is loaded down. What does one do? Jacking the back of the car up to get the diff pinion angle such that the thump goes away isn't a very good option either.

Thoughts?
