I mean I know where it is, but getting it out is not as easy as many say it is. I was searching the archives and couldn't really find a step-by-step method of how to replace the flame trap. I was able to disconnect the small hose that connects to the brass nipple of the manifold and the FT housing plastic nipple, but that's it. THe big hose that connects to the top of the FT housing was a bit difficult. Do I disconnect the air hose end first? It really looks like the FT housing is snug in the S-hose below and the big hose above. I don't want to disturb anything by trying to pull it out. I did an oil change yesterday and this morning did the jiggle test. Put my palm over the oil filler hole and didn't really feel a vacuum. Then again the fan was blowing, so it was hard to really feel for anything. I tried putting a plastic warp over it but it was flapping. The oil cap did jiggle.
