Volvo 940GLE/Injector Status Stays Open 900 1992

Hi There,
I would like to seek your advice on this case/problem.

Friend of mine is driving, Volvo 940GLE/1992 its DOHC engine.Recently he had problem whereby the car start and dies off by itself.

After further dignosis we came to know that the Injector seems to be open all the while eventhough by right it should be close and open base on the signal from Radio Suppression Relay and ECU signal.

However, in this case the relay and ECU signal works fine but not sure why the injector doesnt close but it stays open all the time.

Have anyone have encounter this problem before and if yes how to move forward

1. Is there way for me to force the injector to close - If yes how to do so ??
2. Is there any further dignosis for me to make injector to interact the way it supposely to be with the control of Radio Suppression Relay or ECU. Any testing I can carry out here to confirm my Radio Suppression Relay and ECU at the good status and sending the correct signal frequency. What I meant to says, can I do testing with some tools ( something like homemade tools like LEDS )

Please advice was there any further relay or grounding which I need to specifically to check out for this case/problem.

I need your assistance desparately since his car is parked at home parking lot for more than two weeks.
