I think the problem has reared it's ugly head! The latest dilemma on my project 200

Okay, so I went ahead and re-tried the continuity tests for the injectors and the IAC as per the green book and for some reason they turned out perfect

except for the one for the IAC where you test the continuity between terminal #87 on the pump relay and terminal 23 on the ECU connector. I still get 25 ohms

when it should be 20 ohms. Anyway, I went ahead and called the local Volvo guru and he said that one of the things I should check is that the injectors

are clicking when the engine is cranking. Guess what? They aren't clicking. I've looked at the Bentley and at the green book and I can't find anywhere

where it tells me what to do to fix the problem if your injectors don't click when the engine is running or cranking. This is where I'm stuck. Is it another

bad ECU? I've got 2 (510) ECU's that I've tried as well as 1 (503) unit as well. I'm open to ideas at this point. BTW, on a side note, I did see in the

green book where I can check my fuel pressure without the engine running so I'll at least test that. Thanks, Charles
