Glove shelf bracket? 120-130 1967

The shelf for gloves, etc is flapping and things like pencils and sunglasses fall to the floor. After much scrutiny, I found that the 2 metal rods close to the firewall need to be connected to a bracket.

Does anyone have a photo of this bracket and how far the 2 holes are spaced? I could make one, I guess, if I knew what it is supposed to look like.
