Glove shelf bracket? 120-130 1967

I needed to supply a picture. The hole in the center bottom of the metal part of the piece that attaches to the firewall looks to be a place for a bracket that holds the rods that come from either end. The rods supply tension to the shelf so that it will stay in the plastic bracket on the side kick panel.
