I can take a photo or two this evening. There is a single pan head (large round) screw in the middle there that should hold the two wires to the metal backing. I think I have a few of those around. I also think I have a few of the black plastic clips that hold the side of the shelf to the kick panel....

Your best bet is to drop me a note off list since I can never figure out how to post photos in here...
