Not using the same IPD hose of course (fittings not the same).
I have a 2000 Honda CRV. Unhooking the line and changing out the atf using the same method I use for my 240 should work fine I suppose?
1. Drain the tranny pan and refill after reinstalling plug.
2. Unhook (cut, actually to install a Magnefine filter later when finished) the transmission line going to the cooler and put the cut end in a large bowl.
3. Start it up and let it pump till it starts bubbling.
4. Shut off, measure old amount out and put that new amount back in and repeat till cherry and clear.
5. Install inline filter.
Do you guys think this would be okay? I can't see any problems since it works so well in our bricks. The drain method for Honda's won't get what is in the torque converter.
