Should be doable... but it's a bit of a PITA on the CR-V if yours is at all like my Mom-in-law's '04. The hoses are hard to access being at the bottom of the radiator. Just drain and refill seems easiest.

Is there an inline filter on yours as there is on the 2004?

Word is that these cars really want genuine Honda ATF.
