Car has been in the garage for a awhile so I decided a week ago to take it out to a car wash and get it washed.
Drove home fine , parked in garage. Went out to start a couple of days latter and not start. Engine turns over but wont light.
I have done the following:
Checked F/I relay - can feel and hear it from touching the relay in the dash.
Pulled all fuzes in the center dash and all are good.
Replaced IAC with a known good one.
Throttle body cleaned about a month ago.
Checked all in engine compartment for loose connections.
Check ignition block on left side fire wall.
Took off fuel pressure reg and cranked, gas comes shoots out.
OBD shows 1-1-1
Swapped in new battery from my 240, still not start
Based upon the above, it seems to be getting fuel, but wont ignite.
I am a novice when it come to electrical and wouldnt even know where to start in checking for that.
Ran perfect and after wash drove home and parked. No idications of anything while driving. Could the underneath wash of the car have done something.
The battery had run done and I charged it (slow) and could a spark generated while touching terminals have blown a fuze or something, somewhere. If so where to look?
Thanks for the help in advance,
Frank
