I see you live in a cold place where it is probably freezing or below? My guess is that moisture in your fuel has iced up and there is no fuel getting to the engine. Probably unrelated to the car wash unless the gas cap was off. Try adding some "dry gas" to your tank, rock the car a bit, wait a few hours and see if it works. Dry gas is very pure alcohol, don't use rubbing alcohol or even 90% alcohol [and 10% water]. It was impossible to find 100% alcohol at any pharmacy so I bit the bullet and bought the commercial dry gas product. Worked like a charm.
