you can simply pull a wire off the plug a bit Try cranking and you should hear the ache from wire to plug.
If teh cranking is too noisy. Take an old plug and connect it to the wire, hold the threads of the plug to the Engine block. Have someone crank the engine and look for a spark.
Even if you had bad Wires, I would have guessed the drive home would have dried out everything under the hood.
