If you look in the oil fill port can you see the cam turning when you crank the engine?
Did you pull a spark plug to check for spark? Check to see if it is wet with fuel after cranking.
Buy or borrow a "noid" light to see if your injectors are firing.

If you have all of the above and it still doesn't start, try adding a tablespoon of oil to each cylinder through the plug holes and try again. If it overfueled it can wash the cylinder walls down so that you have diminished compression.
