Car Wouldn't Start After Body Damage Collision

I was in an accident the other morning and the front left side of my car impacted but sustained to what looked like only would be body damage. However, the car wouldn't start after the accident. What can I do? The garage that the car is at is wanting to charge me $7000 for repair including a $230 towing fee that was less than 2 miles. I am in Austin Texas. Please help!
