how to wire a 12v constant lead for stereo?? 200

I have come to the end of my little knowledge as far as wiring my new sony head unit into the car -

first of all - when the head unit does function, I have to reprogram my sound presets and radio stations every time I turn on the car.

I need to know how to wire up a 12v constant lead... help!

and if someone could also explain why I keep blowing both the #1 fuse in the fuse box, and the fuse in the white plastic pod that goes to the radio, that would be great!

thankfully my sony hasn't xploded :wink:

help would be great, thanks!
