In my continuing quest to find & fix my high idle problem, my next step is to remove and replace the ECT sensor. Reading posts here and the FAQs, it sounds like a real knuckle bleeder. Does anyone have any hints for success on doing this? BTW, I have so far cleaned the TB, IAC and inspected all vacuum hoses. The car cranks up with no problem, then after 10 seconds starts to idle high. Check engine light is on and my code computer is whacked giving me a 1-1-1 in hole #6 and no lights at all in hole #2.
Thanks,
Luke
