Bosch says the ECU is bad - any free schematics out there? 200

I do not want to spend hundreds on an ECU. I would rather try to resolder it before I trash it. But I do have the ECU out and cannot see any cracks or other problems with it. Everything looks good. But then again I am not any expert at this.

When I shut the car off, the relay is staying on for three minutes. Bosch says this is a very rare and abnormal condition. Bosch says the ECU should shut the main relay off within a maximum of 30 seconds. Our 91, 740 for example, shuts the relay off immediately after shutting the engine off.

Any free schematics or other helpful info.
