Can anyone out there give me a clue as to how my trunk was originally laid out?

Which side does the spare go on, and how is it mounted? I've got wells on both sides, with nothing in them!! It appears that it was raided for parts, and I'd like to get it back to OEM... if that's even possible.

I appreciate any and all input. Thanks...
