Eric-S in right on the money. I think that the tool kit contained two wrenches and a combination flat-head/ philips screwdriver, as well as the lug/ sparkplug wrench.

The cardboard shelf for the right-hand side is pretty much junk. It either deforms or decays. IPD sells an ABS plastic replacement:
