fuel pump problems-HELP!! 200

Hi all,
Here is the jist and I hope someone can help.
The large fuel pump under the car is starting to sound strange.

When at idel and in drive, the pump is inconsitant in the sound it makes. It kinda sounds like morse code "the sound is intune with the vibration of the engine" , When I give alittle gas and drive the sound steadys and is normal untill I come to a stop in drive or when I let off the gas pedal and coast.

When I come to a stop in drive or coast, the pump will sound jaged.

Can anyone figure this out? REGULATER or PUMP or RELAY or FILTER ???
