Sorry for the wrong info in org. post. The sound is from the intank pump. This was realized when I unhooked the intank pump and the sound went away. All other info is dead on.
THANKS for all leads I will cheack into all. Car has no real power and is not up to passing a GEO METRO on the hi-way.
